Inaugural Horizon VCOP blog post

This weblog makes up one of three integral parts of the Horizon Project Virtual Community of Practice (VCOP). The blog is the place to find the latest news about the VCOP. We also have a public wikispace to serve as a free form area to share ideas and examples. Finally, we have a password protected 'iCohere' site to really roll up the sleeves and get to work. Please feel free to visit any or all parts of the community!
