Murray Goldberg talks about Educational Technology

Murray Goldberg gave a rousing talk in the Horizon VCOP last Monday. He took the opportunity to reflect on his experiences on learning technologies in the past, the present and the future. As the founder of WebCT, Murray is in a good position to reflect deeply on the state of the art.
